If you join Candle Club after the 1st of the month, your first box will be either the current month’s box or the following month’s box, depending on when you sign up.
When does my Candle Club box ship?
Candle Club boxes ship monthly between the 15th and 20th. Once your box ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
What if I join in the middle of the month?
If you join early enough in the month and production for that month is still open, you will receive the current month’s Candle Club box. If production has already closed, your subscription will roll into the next month’s box.
Is it a new candle every month?
Every month, Candle Club members receive a curated dessert candle that may be brand new, early access, or a limited edition.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. Candle Club is a monthly subscription that automatically renews on the 1st of each month unless you pause or cancel.
Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
Yes. You can skip a month or pause your subscription at any time directly from your
account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account before the next billing date.
