Our candles are made with a premium soy wax blend that’s clean-burning and biodegradable, so you can enjoy every scent without toxins, parabens, or harsh chemicals.
We use high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils to ensure rich, lasting scents that fill your space without overpowering or irritating.
Each candle features a lead-free, braided cotton wick designed to burn evenly and cleanly - no tunneling, no sooty smoke, just smooth scent release.
Hand-Poured in Small Batches
We pour each candle with care in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and love in every jar, because details matter.
Frequently Asked Questions
Each candle is designed to burn for approximately 40-50 hours, depending on the size and how well it is maintained. For optimal burn time, we recommend following proper candle care, like trimming the wick before each burn.
Our candles are crafted with non-toxic ingredients, making them safe to use around pets and children when monitored. However, always keep burning candles out of reach of pets and young children and never leave them unattended.
We currently do not offer refills, but we encourage reusing our jars once the candle is finished. They make beautiful holders for small plants, pens, or decorative accents.
For the best burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time, and let the wax melt evenly across the surface to prevent tunneling.
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their fragrance and prevent wax discoloration. Avoid placing candles in areas with extreme temperatures.
At this time, we do not offer custom scents. However, we are always expanding our collection and love hearing your suggestions. Feel free to reach out with ideas for future scents!
We offer refunds only if your candle arrives broken or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
To request a refund, email us at info@thecandleyard.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll review your request and process the refund if the item is eligible.
We provide refunds for damaged items rather than replacements. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping choice.
